About this event

The pandemic and the state of our world have undermined emotional well-being to an alarming degree. Rates of anxiety, loneliness, depression and interpersonal conflict have skyrocketed, challenging our capacity to bounce back after life knocks us down. Fortunately, personal resilience can be grown and strengthened by adopting simple yet powerful behaviors and attitudes. In this interactive presentation, we will examine how these “little things” can lead to big differences in our overall well-being.
